How UnoDeals Makes Money

UnoDeals is free to use. We make money from the businesses on the other side of your purchases, and we tell you exactly how much every time on the surface itself.

The Three Ways We Earn

  1. Merchant referrals: when you click a deal and buy, the merchant pays us a commission, typically 2-8% of the order.
  2. PO store partnerships: when you sign up with a parcel-receiving partner through us, they pay us a bonus and a small share of parcel fees for routings we send them.
  3. Credit card referrals: when you are approved for a card through one of our links, the issuer pays us a bounty, typically $50-300 in Canada and $100-500 in the US.

The Rules

  • Every dollar is disclosed where you see the offer, at the same size as the savings number.
  • Commissions come out of the partner margin and do not change what you pay.
  • Money never changes ranking; deals rank by community score and real landed-cost savings, and cards rank by your savings arithmetic.
  • We never re-recommend a card you already hold.
  • If we earn nothing on something, the strip says that too.

Who Pays Us

We are enrolling in affiliate programs with merchant networks and card issuers including Amazon Associates, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, Home Trust, Brim Financial, Capital One, Scotiabank, Rogers Bank, Chase, and Bank of America. PO store partners are listed in the app directory. Assume every outbound merchant, card, and PO link may earn compensation for UnoDeals; the exact amount is printed next to the link.
